About Jonquette

Jonquette “Jo” Sanders-White is a speaker, author, and business, leadership, and organizational consultant whose work explores purpose, faith, resilience, leadership, and the meaningful work of becoming. Through thoughtful teaching, honest storytelling, and practical wisdom, she helps people and organizations become rooted in who they are, lead with greater intention, and build what lasts.

For more than a decade, Jo has worked at the intersection of education, communications, business, leadership, and faith-centered service. Her career has taken her from university and student crisis meetings to executive strategy sessions, ministry initiatives, conference stages, and the work of building organizations from the ground up.

About Jonquette

Jo holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing, both from Georgia Southern University. She began her professional career at Georgia Southern University, serving in both the Registrar’s Office and Dean of Students Office. Her work included institutional administration, student records, graduation preparation, crisis and case management, student advocacy, and coordination among students, families, faculty, university departments, and community resources.

She later expanded her work into program development, strategic communications, public relations, marketing, organizational operations, and executive leadership. Across higher education, business, ministry, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial settings, Jo has guided multidisciplinary teams, developed programs and communication strategies, managed seven-figure budgets and complex projects, and helped leaders carry ideas from vision through execution.

These experiences gave her more than a collection of professional titles. They taught her how people and organizations grow, what happens when vision lacks structure, how leadership affects the lives of others, and why meaningful work must be rooted in something deeper than achievement.

In 2022, Jo survived a catastrophic medical crisis during the birth of her fourth child. The experience interrupted the life she had carefully planned and changed how she understood faith, surrender, identity, and purpose. Her recovery became the foundation of her first book, *Penciled Purpose*, and deepened the message she now carries into colleges, churches, schools, ministries, conferences, leadership events, and community spaces.

Today, Jo speaks and writes about purpose, resilience, leadership, faith, organizational change, student engagement, and the inner work required to build a meaningful life. She is especially interested in the relationship between who we are, what we do, and what our lives ultimately produce. That relationship is expressed through her Home–Hive–Honey philosophy: become rooted in who you were created to be, contribute your gifts through purposeful work, and cultivate the fruit of a life lived with intention. Whether she is speaking to a room, advising a leader, developing an organization, or writing from her own life, Jo brings clarity, care, wisdom, and an ability to help people see the deeper thing beneath the immediate thing.

Jo lives in Georgia with her husband and their four children. She enjoys good books, beautiful homes, cooking, Southern traditions, tea and lemonade, and the ordinary moments that make a life feel full.
