Jo Sanders-White is a writer, speaker, and life designer who helps others live gently, lead with intention, and leave behind something sweet.

With a background in public relations and educational leadership, Jo spent over a decade helping organizations grow and communicate with clarity. After a life-changing medical crisis, she returned home to slow mornings, porch light rituals, and the sacred rhythm of becoming.

Today, she writes at the intersection of beauty, purpose, and legacy. Whether she is reading by an open window, sipping lemonade and sweet tea on the porch, curating a room that feels like peace, or speaking to souls in search of direction, Jo’s work centers around one question:
What kind of life are you creating?

Her message is rooted in the belief that the honey we long for—fulfillment, alignment, and joy—already lives within us. It simply takes intention, honesty, and the courage to live like it matters.

Jo helps others design lives that feel like home, build legacies with soul, and rediscover the quiet work of making honey.

She lives in Georgia with her husband and four children. Her days are shaped by slow beauty, deep purpose, and the gentle art of living well.
